Terms of Service

By creating a MarketPulse account or using the service, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the company you represent. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

MarketPulse tracks competitor prices, stock and reviews for products you configure, can compute and optionally push repriced prices to your connected store, and sends alerts based on rules you set up. Feature availability depends on your plan.

A new company account starts pending. If you sign up for the free plan or subscribe internationally via Lemon Squeezy, your account activates automatically as soon as you verify your email — no manual review. If you choose to arrange payment manually (bKash/Nagad/Rocket/bank transfer), a platform administrator reviews and approves your account after confirming the payment separately. Regardless of payment method, we may reject or later suspend an account for suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account.

The free Demo plan is available once per company; we use signup-network heuristics to limit repeated free trials from the same source. Paid plans can be arranged in three ways: an online local gateway (SSLCommerz — card/bKash/Nagad/Rocket, where enabled), an international subscription via Lemon Squeezy (card/PayPal, billed monthly, auto-renewing until cancelled), or a manual bank/mobile-wallet transfer that a platform administrator confirms once received. Renewing a manual or SSLCommerz plan before it expires extends from your current expiry date rather than restarting the clock; renewing after expiry starts from the renewal date. A Lemon Squeezy subscription instead renews automatically each month until you cancel it — see "Refunds and cancellation" below.

Prices for a given Plan template may change for future purchases; what you already paid for isn't retroactively affected.

Lemon Squeezy is our reseller. If you pay internationally by card or PayPal, your order is placed with our reseller Lemon Squeezy.com Inc, who is the Merchant of Record for that transaction — Lemon Squeezy handles the checkout, your card statement, billing support, and any dispute or chargeback for that payment, under its own Buyer Terms. We remain responsible for the MarketPulse service itself.

The free Demo plan has no charge, so nothing to refund. For a Lemon Squeezy subscription, you can cancel at any time from your Billing page or Lemon Squeezy's own customer portal — cancelling stops future renewals but your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for; we don't offer partial-month refunds for a mid-cycle cancellation. Lemon Squeezy itself may still issue a refund independently of our stated policy — as our Merchant of Record, it reserves the right to refund a payment (e.g. within 60 days) to prevent a chargeback, per its own refund practices. For a manual or SSLCommerz payment, contact us and we'll review refund requests case by case, generally limited to a clear billing error or a service outage that materially prevented you from using what you paid for.

Automated repricing computes a suggested price based on rules you configure and can push it to your connected store, but every rule requires a floor price you set — MarketPulse will never propose a price below it. You are responsible for the floor, ceiling and strategy you configure, and for reviewing the prices actually applied to your store. We aren't liable for pricing decisions made by rules you set up.

You agree not to use MarketPulse to scrape or monitor sites in violation of their own terms of service, to circumvent plan limits, or to interfere with the service's normal operation.

You own the catalog and account data you put into MarketPulse. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle it.

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account for violation of these terms, non-payment, or suspected abuse (including free-trial abuse). We'll aim to give notice where practical.

The service is provided "as is." Competitor data is gathered automatically and may occasionally be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate — verify anything price-critical before acting on it. To the extent permitted by law, NexForge AI isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

We may update these terms as the product changes. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do; continued use after a change means you accept the update.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
